Santuri Stories is designed for use by families. Account holders must be adults (18+) who take full responsibility for supervising their child's use of the app, reviewing generated content, and ensuring it is appropriate for their family. By allowing your child to use the app, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. 4. AI-Generated Content

Our stories and illustrations are generated by Artificial Intelligence.

• Safety filters: We employ content moderation, but no filter is perfect. You agree to exercise discretion and supervise your child's use accordingly.
• Ownership: You retain rights to the prompts you provide. Generated content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Rights to AI-generated outputs may also be subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers; we make no warranty of exclusive ownership over generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or harm arising from AI-generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
